Delivery time of such pre-order based products is usually 30-35 days from the date of order confirmation. Please read our Pre-Order Terms and Condition before placing your order.

If you are not willing to pay full payment in advance and want to avail CASH ON DELIVERY, a small amount of booking money (For inside Dhaka BDT 100, outside Dhaka BDT 150) has to be paid advance, the remaining product price will be payable as cash on delivery.

For example: If the product price is 3150 BDT, and if you pay 150 BDT as booking money, the remaining amount, 3000 BDT will be your cash on delivery amount.

For inside Dhaka, delivery time is usually 1-3 days, for outside Dhaka, 2-4 days.

You can check the product in front of the delivery person before payment.

* If you don’t like the product or if there’s any size issue, you can return the product to the same delivery person. In such cases, return charge (For inside Dhaka BDT 100, outside Dhaka BDT 150) is applicable.

If you pay the booking money earlier, the booking money will be considered as return charge. We will exchange the product if you want.

* If there’s any problem or damage in the product, please inform the delivery person and also us immediately, and must return to the same delivery person.

Any complain of damage or missing will not be accepted after the delivery person leaves the place. In such cases, return charge is not applicable, and the paid booking money will also be refunded soon.
